The Confederacy is Dead. Get over it!

“The Confederacy is DEAD. Get over it!”

By James Everett……

These are the words of David Jones, current chairman of the Southern National Congress, and Chairman of The Tennessee League of the South. Now before you jump to the conclusion that this is an attack on Mr. Jones, the Southern National Congress, or The League of the South, please stand down, as this is not my intent. My intent is simply to try and have someone explain to me a few things so that I may gain clarity.

My questions and observations are not solely for the SNC, or The LOS, but rather for all Pro Southern, Confederate, and Southern Nationalist organizations.

Michael Hill wrote in “THE GREY BOOK” BLUEPRINT FOR SOUTHERN INDEPENDENCE” pages 133 and 134 that ……

A good friend of mine told me his Southern activism was creating friction between him and his wife. For many months after he became active, she handed her husband his Southern-oriented newsletters and periodicals from the mailbox with muted sighs. His occasional comments on how Southern heritage was treated in the press and by Hollywood received little more than a roll of the eyes or a bewildered shake of the head. Then one day, she thrust a new copy of Southern Partisan into his hands with, “So, you and your friends want to reinstate the Confederacy?” Her tone—half incredulous, half accusatory—-prompted his wide-eyed response. “Yes.”

“Well that’s the dumbest thing I ever heard.”

And, as much as it hurts to say so, my friend’s bewildered wife was right”

So, we have from David Jones, “The Confederacy is DEAD. Get over it!”

And from Michael Hill, an agreement that “to reinstate the Confederacy is the dumbest thing” he ever heard.

Now, I understand that we all have made a poor choice of words from time to time, but in these two cases, is it a simple poor choice of words; or is it the position of the LOS and SNC? Now, I will go under the assumption that Mr. Jones simply means that as a one-time geopolitical entity, our Confederacy was and is dead, for all practical, legitimate, hopeful, effective purposes. I will also make the same assumption that Michael Hill means the same.

If indeed the “Confederacy is DEAD, then what exactly does the Southern National Congress mean in its manifesto that the “South is a nation” and that we are “an occupied people” and that the occupation has been used against us since the war for Southern Independence? Most of what is written that I am aware of by both the SNC and The LOS is based on cultural and traditional identity, however under the occupation, we have been subject to the occupying governments intentional colonization of our land, using both northerners “the carpetbaggers”, and immigration, all of which is illegal if we are in fact an occupied people, WITH A GOVERNMENT IN FORCED EXILE. We are facing no less than what the Native American people faced  when their cultural identity was destroyed and their people assimilated into European culture, holding few bindings to their past, most of which is lost forever. How was this cultural genocide accomplished? COLONIZATION!

Is it more feasible to establish a new government, and constitution without any legal claim? What legal claim is there without clinging to the fact that our Confederate government was never surrendered; and that our State governments were forced into exile, and new State governments and constitutions were put in place under force and duress by the occupiers? The Governments in our States today, under the Constitutions that were established through coercion and duress by the occupiers during “Reconstruction” are every bit as defacto, as the National government in the District of Columbia.

The |League of The South core belief statement lists…..

Cultural Independence

Social Independence

Economic Independence

Political Independence

Cultural Independence, Social Independence, and Economic Independence, are virtual impossibilities without Political Independence. The provinces of the occupying government that exist today having been forced upon us while our dejure State governments and constitutions were forced into exile during what is termed “Reconstruction”, are NOT ECONOMICALLY OR POLITICALLY INDEPENDENT. In fact what exists today is truly a consolidated NATIONAL government system.

Michael Hill, President of The League of The South writes that……

“Most organizations founder because they lack self-definition and a definite goal. The League of the South is a Southern Nationalist organization whose ultimate goal is a free and independent Southern republic.”

OK, the goal is “a free and independent Southern republic” How does the League of The South propose facilitating this ultimate goal?

What The League of The South does seem to propose is individual nullification by withdrawing support of and allegiance to a regime that has imperiled our future.

Here is where I believe that I find common ground with both the SNC and the LOS….

(1) Recognition that we do exist under occupation.

(2) That individual session is paramount

Where we part is in our view of how to accomplish our goal of Independence. As I have asked; “Without a government of our own, then how could we ever expect to protect our cultural identity or heritage?” Our culture is under attack, colonization, disinformation, political correctness, and a complete authority over the individual, and an indefinite supremacy over all persons and things, by use of an occupying government without a political alternative.

Our Declaration of Independence states that….

“Governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the    CONSENT of the governed”

If we offer no alternative for which our people may give consent, their CONSENT will continue to remain fixed on the occupying government until an alternative is offered. Currently their consent is given to whichever political party that they associate with, with the reality being that both parties own and control the same government, thereby they give consent to the same occupying national government system, WHICH IS NOT THE SYSTEM THAT THE FRAMERS OF THE 1787/1789  CONSTITUTION ESTABLISHED.

What alternative does the League of The South offer our people to give consent?

What alternative does the Southern National Congress offer our people to give consent?

What alternative does any private Pro Southern Nationalist organization offer our people to give consent?

If an organization utilizes our Confederate government symbols, why would they reject our Confederate government and Constitution?

Does it not stand that if they reject our Confederate government and our Confederate Constitution, that they reject the cause for which their ancestors fought and died?

Certainly it is proper, and is only right, that they reject certain aspects of our Government, and constitution to which they find repugnant, but do they not do the same within the occupying government system, yet still give consent to it? Why not restore from exile their Dejure Confederate constitution and government from its forced exile and work within it to correct whatever they may find repugnant?

The LOS states that….

They favour political secession as a legitimate option, but believe that it is NOT practicable at present.

The LOS should realize that secession has already been accomplished. In the League of The South core belief statement they make the declaration that………

“Another certainty is that the American Empire that now occupies the South believes in none of the aforementioned ideals and principles.”

Now let us examine this statement that the LOS has made; they have clearly stated that the “SOUTH” is under the occupation of “The American Empire”, this being the case, then Secession has clearly been accomplished else we would not be under occupation, and if we have seceded and exist under occupation, then clearly we DO NOT NEED TO SECEED, BECAUSE WE ALREADY HAVE!

WHAT IS CURRENTLY NEEDED IS TO BRING AN END TO THE OCCUPATION. In order to end the occupation, we must first restore our Constitution from its forced state of exile, reseat our government, and then seek an end to the occupation by treaty with the occupying government.

The Southern National Congress states in their “Manifesto” that….

“130 years ago the last occupying Federal troops left the South after Reconstruction. (“Reconstruction” was the Yankee word for looting what they missed stealing or destroying during the War). Yet today we’re still occupied; not by foreign troops, but by an alien and hostile ideology, and by all the commercial and political power it commands.”

“All the commercial and political power it demands”. Clearly the SNC recognizes that we are under the occupation of a foreign political power.

Everyone must realize that the governments, and Constitutions that are in place today, are NOT our Confederate State governments, or State Constitutions, but are rather political puppet bodies that were put in place upon the forced exile of our Confederate governments and throughout “reconstruction”, (Deconstruction) and the occupation to date. There currently exists NO federal government, but rather a wholly national government system, which holds not only an authority over the individual, but an indefinite supremacy over all persons and things.

Our Confederacy is NOT dead, it is only in a state of forced exile under the occupation, and can be restored and used to restore the founders intent. All that is needed is a few good men to pave the way, and for our people to grant to it their consent.  http://csagov.org/
